Dr. Deserae Goble is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in Logan Utah. Dr. Goble is an alumni of George Washington School of Medicine and adjunct professor with University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Goble takes an integrative approach to medicine and believes nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are key to overall health.

Dr. Goble is a rural physician who specialties include women’s medicine, hormone replacements, mental health, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and musculoskeletal injuries. Sub specialties include Endocrinology and Rheumatology. Dr. Goble is a talented diagnostician and takes consults from patients in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Arizona.

Chantee Wyatt, PA-C

Chantee Wyatt is a Physician Assistant Specializing in Family Medicine.  She has over 10 years of experience providing care for all ages from all walks of life. She enjoys building relationships with her patients that allows shared decision making to improve health outcomes.

In her free time she enjoys being outdoors going on hikes, paddle boarding, playing sports, dancing and traveling.  During the winter months you’ll find her snowboarding, playing board and card games or watching movies while working on a puzzle.  She grew up in Cache Valley, earning her Bachelor’s degree at USU university and her Master’s degree from ISU in Pocatello.
